But their situation is not yet clear. So I termed these staffs \"The third human resource\". This study reveals their current situation, the necessary elements and the strategies for their expansion.\nFor revealing their historical background. I clarified the introduction of \"Tenjikoryuin\" in Lake Biwa Museum, and found the following three. First, the temporary staffing company has been affected. Second, it's important that \"Tenjikoryuin\" itself to understand the phyilosophy and to maintain motivation, to cooperate with curators. Thirdly, there's no direct involvement Lake Biwa Museum affected on others.\nThere're 12 museums with \"The third human resource\" in Japan, and activities are different. In fact, there's also that perform only exhibition commentary and reception.\n3 museum are more active : Lake Biwa Museum, Museum of Nature and Human Activities, Hyogo and Yamanashi Prefectural Museum. By case studies, the following three points can be pointed out for them to perform activities aggressive. The first is direct employment. The second is self planning. Thirdly is the recognition of their importance.
