{"created":"2023-06-19T08:49:54.311125+00:00","id":1015,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"fa8b27e8-a6a6-4850-9cc3-2af4b9b61feb"},"_deposit":{"created_by":15,"id":"1015","owners":[15],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"1015"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:suac.repo.nii.ac.jp:00001015","sets":["215:171:181"]},"author_link":["312","313","38"],"item_10006_contributor_6":{"attribute_name":"論文指導","attribute_value_mlt":[{"contributorNames":[{"contributorName":"片山, 泰輔"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"38","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"},{"nameIdentifier":"9000002434615","nameIdentifierScheme":"CiNii ID","nameIdentifierURI":"http://ci.nii.ac.jp/nrid/9000002434615"},{"nameIdentifier":"1000040348165","nameIdentifierScheme":"NRID","nameIdentifierURI":" "},{"nameIdentifier":"40348165","nameIdentifierScheme":"e-Rad","nameIdentifierURI":"https://kaken.nii.ac.jp/ja/search/?qm=40348165"}]}]},"item_10006_date_11":{"attribute_name":"学位授与年月日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2014-03-31"}]},"item_10006_description_10":{"attribute_name":"学位授与年度","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"2013"}]},"item_10006_description_17":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"PDF"}]},"item_10006_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"舞踊を活用した社会的動が近年、国内で多く見られるようになった。しかし、それらの活動に舞踊家の経済的基盤は、海外と比べて不安定である。中でも、フリーランスの舞踊家の場合、副業で生計を立てており、病気や怪我した際の保障も保たれていない厳しい活動環境にある。このような現状から、活動の担い手と人材が海外に流出してしまい、我が国の文化力の低下につながること危惧されている。特にバレエや日本舞踊などに比べて実績が浅い現代舞踊の分野の状況は深刻である。本論文の目的は、劇場法の制定により実演芸術家との連携への期待が高まる国内の劇場・音楽堂等による支援を通じて現代舞踊家の経済的基盤の確立に寄与するための方策を明らかにすことである。本研究では、対象を現代舞踊に定め調査行った。まず、芸団協が行った調査研究の結果等から、舞踊家の経済的・社会状況に関して、これまでに明らかになっていることを整理した。そして、事前調査として、舞踊プログラムを積極的に実施している国内の劇場・音楽堂等の事例調査及び諸外国の舞踊家支援に関す文献調査を行い、そこから導き出された仮説をもとに、劇場・音楽堂、舞踊家、支援組織をはじめとした関係者に対し、計25件のインタビュー調査によって検証を行った。\nこれらの調査結果から、以下の方策が導かれた。1つ目に、専門性を持つ支援組織と施設の連携の有効性について、ある程度の妥当性が確認された。ただし、専門の支援組織をおかずとも、施設間のネットワーク強化を図り情報を共有することで、舞踊プログラムが実現する可能性も認められた。２つ目に、劇場・音楽堂等が舞踊家を活用したアウトリーチや公演等のセールスプロモーションにおける情報機関としての機能を果たすことで、舞踊家の活動機会を拡大し、もっては経済的基盤の確立に貢献することの可能性が示唆された。ただし、この実現のためには、自治体や教育機関といった第三者を介した信頼性のある情報を蓄積することが重要である。一方、現段階においては劇場・音楽堂に舞踊家のプロファイルの機能よりも、各地域における練習・創造活動の場に関する情報機能の優先度が高いこと明らかなった。これらの対応を充実させることで、劇場・音楽堂等による舞踊家の支援が可能となり、ひいては舞踏家の活動を促し、彼らの経済的基盤の確立に結びつくと考えられる。"}]},"item_10006_description_8":{"attribute_name":"取得学位","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"修士(文化政策)"}]},"item_10006_description_9":{"attribute_name":"学位授与大学","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"静岡文化芸術大学"}]},"item_10006_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"Author","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"YAMAGUCHI, Noriko"}]}]},"item_10006_textarea_22":{"attribute_name":"Abstract","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_textarea_value":"The aim of the thesis is to suggest several schemes in order to build firm economic foundations for contemporary dancers in Japan, by cooperating with domestic theaters and music halls. Although many of social activities related to the stage arts have recently been undertaken due to the new law for vitalizing theaters and concert halls, conomic foundations needed for dancers haven't quite been established yet. In case it causes dancers to flow out of the country for searching a better work environment, the Japanese contemporary art scene would severely affected due to the lack of establishment compared to classical ballet or Japanese traditional dance.
