Various volunteer activities are carried out in the museums, but less opportunities for making the preservation of cultural assets. Recent global ecoactivity made methyl bromide ban and method of conservation of cultural property has changed into IPM (Integrated Pest Management).\n Kyushu National Museum, Aichi Prefectural Museum of Art and The Museum of Fine Arts, Gifu have built a system of IPM with citizens.My intention of this study in to compare the IPM systems of the facilities where perform civil collaborative IPM, to clarify the elements required for the system, and to obtain suggestions for increasing the facilities introduce civil collaborative IPM in the future.\nResults of the pre-survey showed that (1)Necessity of promoting IPM to whole museum by increasing supporters, (2)Educational effect of cultural heritage preservation, (3)Heavy burden on staff  for volunteer management and to increase of supporters.\n In this survey, I interviewed the staff of the museums where IPM with citizens is already carried out or planning to put into effect.
