However, in the cause of sustainable development of communities, we should also aware the importance of industrial development. The purpose of this study is to investigate the ways how Local Art Festivals influence and promote local industries. This survey focused on the \"inbound effect\" at reducing population regions and the \"outbound effect\" at provincial cities.\nThrough interviews with local government officials, Art NPO and local industries, it was found that Local Art Festival can bring \"inbound effects\" ; 1. Substantial Resources, 2. Intensify marketing, 3. Industry upgrade. And also bring \"outbound effects\" ; 1. Promote the level of recognition for local brand. 2. Make information transmission of industry clusters.\nAnd to reinforce those effects, three necessary measures are: 1. Going concern of the Local Art Festival 2.Support by local government 3.
