The author conducted interviews with the staff of three local regional theaters working together with professional orchestras in Japan and partner orchestras, and five local regional theaters which have not been cooperating with any other professional orchestras.\n Comparisons between those two interviews found that the cooperation between arts organizations is too far advanced to be utilized for the strategy of meeting obvious needs in regions.
