The author surveys Theatre Company \"Suzushiro” based in Minoh City. The survey is mainly through interviews with the company members and administrative agency. The author analyzes the object from three aspects: \"accumulation”, \"performance”, and \"interaction\", proposed by Ikuo Nakagawa.\n This study reveals that the members develop their consciousness of the local community and that their performances have a good influence on the other elderly people.
