Regional development of the Yingge district has evolved in the order of \"Tourism,\" \"Industrial tourism promotion,\" and finally \"Cultural creative promotion\".\n In this paper, I studied the Japanese cases of ceramics areas in Kanazawa, Arita, Tokoname, and Tajimi to compare with the Yingge district in Taiwan. To analyze developments of tourisms, industries, and the civic lives by the power of art, and to verify the capabilities towards the creative city and the effectives of projects and measures that support the regional business, the strategies for supporting the ceramic industry of Yingee district were found.\n The verification results show the impact of regional revitalization measures, including tourisms, industries and civil lives, is remarkable.
