Although previous studies have been undertaken, they have not shown actual examples and either advantages or disadvantages of them. Based on surveys, institutions are required to build ongoing partnerships, especially with specific workshop-facilitators, in order to enhance arts-workshops.\nTherefore, the author had interviewed both institutions and facilitators, then clarified how they built their partnerships. The process of building partnerships was divided into three stages, \"Training\",\"Qualifying \", and \"Developing partnerships\". Through an analysis by the author, there are three steps to building partnerships between institutions and workshop-facilitators. Firstly, those institutions give young facilitators opportunities to practice by themselves. Secondly, in order to ensure the success of the workshops, the institutions choose appropriate facilitators and could possibly work with \"maditators\".
