Recently, while the number of Higher Education Institutions and the number of students increase rapidly, the number of HEIs which has a design department is about 500, and it can guess that the number of the students is nearby one million people, in China. The number of students of design has already been said as the over-saturation quantitatively, and the promotion of the synthetic design education and the fulfillment of the teacher staff are subjects in the future.},
