Vagabondage and crimes rarely mattered in those ordinances while some ordinances of the Parlement of Paris mentioned pursuit of vagrants and criminals in cause of \"the state of police\" and report \"to the police\". The kings certified afterwards the rules \"of police\" made by the Parlement.
