If we consider the purchase price of a per-capita gift certificate with premium is given, the effect of increasing the purchase amount of target goods is greater than when paying cash the same amount as the premium amount in a certain parameter area. The setting of the premium rate corresponds to the operation of this area. In addition, restriction of use are considered to correspond to indirect manipulation of distribution of parameter values through division of target goods.
