 note = {P(論文), 本稿では静岡県内の高等教育機関を対象として2017年度に実施した定住外国人学生の修学実態調査の結果を報告する。本研究は2013年度に実施した調査を発展させたもので、対象地域を静岡県西部地域から県内全域に広げた点が前回調査との相違点である。前回2013年度と比較して、入試段階や入学段階の書類で定住外国人であることを把握する高等教育機関が若干認められたが、多くの大学において定住外国人学生の制度的把握は依然としてなされていない。しかし、制度的には把握していないが学生とのやりとりを通じて在籍状況を把握しているという回答も少なからずあった。定住外国人学生を対象とする特別な入試制度や授業料等の減免制度、奨学金制度はまったく実施されていないことが明らかになった。2013年度の調査後、静岡文化芸術大学の定住外国人学生の中には、県内に本社を置くグローバル企業に総合職として就職する学生も出現してきた。今後は定住外国人の第二世代としての特性を生かした就職支援など、大学側ができることを模索する必要があろう。, This paper aims to report the results of the research on enrollment situation of second-generation migrant students conducted in FY 2017 for higher education institutions in Shizuoka prefecture. This research developed the survey conducted in FY 2013, and expanded the target area from the western part of Shizuoka prefecture to the whole area of the prefecture. Most of the higher education institutions do not grasp the fact of enrollment of migrant students, however some find the information as settled foreigners in documents at the entrance examination stage or the entrance stage. Although there is no institutional grasp, there were also a few answers that they are grasping the enrollment situation through daily interaction with students. It was revealed that no special entrance examination system for targeted migrant students, no reduction and exemption system for tuition fees etc., and no scholarship system were implemented in higher education institutes in Shizuoka prefecture. From now on, it will be necessary to explore what the university can do, such as employment support that makes full use of the characteristics of second-generation migrant students.},
