The purpose is to present the construction for education and employment support.\nIn this paper, the first discussed the current status and issues of career education and employment support at Chinese universities and art universities through a literature survey. Next, I grasped the current situation from an internet survey on career education and employment support at all art and art universities in Japan and the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Arts and Sciences. Furthermore, we combined a case survey of 6 universities among the universities surveyed on the Internet and an email survey of 4 universities surveyed. According to the results of a survey on career education and employment support at universities in Japan and China, there are few art universities in Japan that have regular courses related to career education, but efforts such as seminars and lectures in cooperation with various instructors from outside is becoming popular. Most universities in China have career centers and offer regular courses. In terms of content, although the percentage of career paths for graduates is mostly \"employment,\" the tendency toward \"entrepreneurship\" is remarkable. In addition, regarding the leaders of career\neducation and employment support in the development of the support system, the main leaders are full-time faculty and staff, and the system of cooperation with off-campus is weak. That is why Japan's career education and employment support is worth referring to China.\nBased on the survey results of the Japanese side, I selected applicable efforts for the issues of career education and employment support in China, and conducted an email survey to the Chinese side. Based on the results of the email survey, the ideal way of career education and employment support at the Chinese Academy of Fine Arts: (1) Career education and employment support efforts will be carried out based on the overall plan, and career education goals and specific support for each grade. Clarify the plan. (2) Conduct \"industry research,\" which is a standard course at Japanese universities, in the planning of theme courses related to employment support.
