In the field of academic study, a\nconsiderable number of studies have been devoted to examine the relationship among art festivals and local culture, residents, and economy.\nOn the other hand, researchers seem to have paid less attention to the music competitions, especially “international” competitions, normally\nconsidered to have the commonly called \"purely musical\" purpose, such as discovering young talent and help to launch international careers,\nor improving artistic standard.
