In the field of Student Affairs, “to provide all students with learning opportunities” is the most important task. We support them through SNS and video conferencing platform and tried to reduce face-to-face contact by digitizing possible process. While gaining experience that will lead to improve student services and emergency response capabilities, vulnerabilities and issues became clear. In this paper, I will report on the student support at SUAC from January 2020 (when the actions against COVID-19 began) , to September 2020 (when restrictions on access to university campuses were lifted) . I will also explain the influence of the COVID-19 crisis on students from the results of the survey conducted in July 2020.
