{"created":"2023-06-19T08:50:28.769949+00:00","id":1768,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"9c6c0c69-eb39-4e4c-ad8b-4ac04c2bf440"},"_deposit":{"created_by":15,"id":"1768","owners":[15],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"1768"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:suac.repo.nii.ac.jp:00001768","sets":["215:171:238"]},"author_link":["323","698","697"],"item_10006_contributor_6":{"attribute_name":"論文指導","attribute_value_mlt":[{"contributorNames":[{"contributorName":"高島, 知佐子"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"323","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"},{"nameIdentifier":"9000006045673","nameIdentifierScheme":"CiNii ID","nameIdentifierURI":"http://ci.nii.ac.jp/nrid/9000006045673"},{"nameIdentifier":"70590404","nameIdentifierScheme":"e-Rad","nameIdentifierURI":"https://kaken.nii.ac.jp/ja/search/?qm=70590404"}]}]},"item_10006_date_11":{"attribute_name":"学位授与年月日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2022-03-31","subitem_date_issued_type":"Issued"}]},"item_10006_description_10":{"attribute_name":"学位授与年度","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"2021","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10006_description_17":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"PDF","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10006_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":" 2021年4月、子ども・若者育成支援推進本部は、「子供・若者育成支援推進大綱~全ての子供・若者が自らの居場所を得て、成長・活躍できる社会を目指して~」(以下「大綱」という)を策定した。その経緯には、子ども・若者を取り巻く状況が深刻さを増しているという認識が示されている。大綱において作成、公開された「子供・若者インデックスボード」で、子ども・若者の居場所の数の多さと自己認識の前向きさが概ね相関関係にあるというデータを示した。特に、各国に比して低いとされる日本の高校生の自己肯定感を高めるためには、彼らの居場所の数を確保することが必要であると考えられる。\n 居場所という言葉は、きわめて現代的なテーマ、教育的な用語として使用されており、概念的定義は一貫していない。先行研究に共通していえることは、ある場所を居場所であるととらえることは当事者の主観・認知に左右されるものであり、居場所概念は心理的な意味を多く含んでいるということである。そして、その中心には、他者とのつながりという関係性がおかれているということが指摘されている。当事者が居場所を認識するときに感じられるものが居場所感であり、その主たる要素に自己肯定感、自己有用感、被受容感、安心感があることも示されている。また、若者の居場所づくり研究が数少ないことも指摘されている。\n 本稿では、先行研究に拠り、若者の居場所づくりを自己の再認識の機会をもたらし自己肯定感を高める活動とし、大人との関係性を課題ととらえる。若者の居場所づくりの中で、自己肯定感を高める可能性のある演劇活動を通したものに注目し、そこでの若者への大人の関わり方と、それを生みだす仕組みを明らかにすることを目的とした。\n 東京都杉並区立児童青少年センター「ゆう杉並」の「オフィシャル演劇」と、愛知県豊橋市の穂の国とよはし芸術劇場「PLAT」の「高校生と創る演劇」を調査対象とした事例研究を行い、インタビュー・アンケート・参与観察データを分析した。そこでは、大人が若者の個を尊重して、主体性を促すために「教えない」という関わり方をしていることが明らかになった。その関わり方をうむ仕組みには、目的と情報を共有できる円滑な職場内コミュニケーションのある良好な大人同士の関係性と、キー・パーソンによる人員配置の二つがあり、それらに加えて、演劇活動の非効率的な時間と舞台発表のかたち、特別なスキルや準備の不要な点、スタッフワークを含めて多くの役割を持つ点などが、若者の自己肯定感を高め、主体的参加をうながす可能性をもつ。\n 事例研究を通して、演劇活動を通した若者の居場所づくりは、その活動の特性から、参加する若者の主体性を重要視し、教えない、個を尊重するという大人の関わり方を生みやすくし、演劇活動を通した居場所は、若者の自己肯定感を高める可能性を持つと示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10006_description_8":{"attribute_name":"取得学位","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"修士(文化政策)","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10006_description_9":{"attribute_name":"学位授与大学","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"静岡文化芸術大学","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10006_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"Author","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"698","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"FUJITA, Hitomi"}]}]},"item_10006_textarea_22":{"attribute_name":"Abstract","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_textarea_value":" In April 2021, the Headquarters for the Promotion of Measures to Support Children and Youth Development launched a policy to support children and youth development, aiming for a society in which all children and youth can find their \"ibasho\", grow, and play an active role in their community. The framework was developed in recognition of the worsening state of children and youth. The data from the \"Children and Youth Index Board\" revealed a link between \"ibasho\" and their self-affirmation. To boost the self-esteem of Japanese high school students, which is thought to be low in comparison to other countries, it is deemed crucial to secure a sufficient sense of \"ibasho\" for them.\n The Japanese term \"ibasho\" is broadly referring to the sense of belongingness. It has been employed as a highly modern subject and educational phrase, with an inconsistent conceptual definition. What this study and earlier research have in common is that the perception of an \"ibasho\" is subjectivity and cognition dependent, and that the concept of an \"ibasho\" involves numerous psychological implications. At its core, “ibasho” is the relationship of connection with others. Self-affirmation, self-usefulness, acceptance, and a sense of security are the primary components of a sense of \"ibasho\". The objective of this study is to shed light on how adults interact with adolescents and the factors that underpin such interactions.\n Case studies were conducted of \"Official Theatre\", a children's and youth center in Tokyo and at Toyohashi Arts Theatre \"PLAT,\" analyzing interviews, questionnaires, and participant observation data. Adults are observed to respect adolescents' individuality and do not reply on one-directional teaching in order to foster their independence. Additionally, theatrical activities including the limit of the time and format of the theatrical presentation, the flexibility of specialized skills and preparation, the large number of roles, and menial work all contribute to the project's success. Furthermore, all the above factors have proven to contribute to the youth's sense of self-affirmation and active engagement.
