 note = {P(論文), 近年、人口の減少・高齢化、地球環境問題など新たな社会経済構造の変革に伴い、生活環境の悪化や都心の衰退などに伴う都市行政や都市経営の課題が指摘されている。また、住民の快適な住環境への関心が高まるなど、より良い都市のあり方、良質な市街地のストックが求められている。本研究では、従来の再開発に関わる手法によって都市や市街地の質や価値を高めてきた流れを検証しながら、まちづくりにおける再開発事業の事例を通して、住民にとってより快適で良質な地域コミュニティを創出するための方策等について考察する。特に、計画から事業完了までのプロセスを洗い出すために浜松市東地区の再開発をケーススタディとして、従来の手法によって補うことができない問題や課題とは何かを考察する。, Recently, with the new altering of the socio-economic structures like depopulation, aging, and issues on global environment, it ispointed out that there are problems towards urban government administration and management due to deteriorating life environment anddeclination of urban core. Also, as residents' interests in the comfortable living environment have become higher, more preferable urbanstyle and better stock of urban area are required. In this study, reviewing the history of appreciation in the quality and value for cities andurban area by the traditional methods for redevelopment, through the examples in redevelopment projects by Machidukuri (urban design),measures, which shall produce more comfortable and better local community to the residents, are considered. Especially, in order toclarify all the process from the planning to the completion of a project, applying the redevelopment of Hamamatsu City East Region asa case study, consideration is made to comprehend what are the problems and issues which cannot be made up with the traditionalmethods.},
