 note = {P(論文), 本稿は、浜松市東区における介護保険グレーゾーンのケア困難事例6件のケーススタディーを通じて、望ましいケアの方向、地域福祉デザインの問題・課題の分析・考察を行ったものである。前者については、地域福祉に携わる専門職アンケートを通じて望ましいケアへの示唆(可能性や選択肢)を得ることができた。後者については、近隣人間関係の希薄化、介護保険の利用制約、縦割り体制の弊害、生活支援サービスの少なさの4点に問題は集約され、それぞれについての解決すべき課題の抽出・整理が行われた。, This paper is a record of the consideration of directions of preferable caring and community-based welfare design, through the casestudy of six difficult senior citizen cases in the long term care insurance gray zone, in Higashi-ku, Hamamatsu city. About the former, somesuggestions were able to be obtained through the profession questionnaire to be involved in community welfare services. About the latter,four problems were clarified, and some problems that had to be solved were examied.},
