 note = {P(論文), 本研究は、本学付属の産業史博物館 (仮称『産業考古学館』) 創設にあたって、浜松エリアにおける文化財のアイテム発掘に関する基礎調査としてすすめられてきた。今回の調査研究報告は、産業の発展に大きく寄与したと考えられる静岡県下の『軽便鉄道』の歴史的全体像を把握することにした。かつて、浜松エリアには、街の中心部より3路線の軽便鉄道が市の周辺に運行されていた。現在運行されているのは遠鉄鹿島線だけであり、奥山線は一部の土木構造物が史蹟として残され、中ノ町線は開発の波の中に完全に消え去ろうとしている。(資料 : 静岡県の鉄道の歴史、を添付した。) 1996年 (平成8年)、文化財保護法が改正され、新たに『登録文化財制度』の導入と重要文化財に『土木構造物』が認められることになった。このことは、消え去りつつある軽便鉄道の記憶を文化として、また、地域の生涯教育の一項目に加えることができるようになり、わが国の文化行政上、大変意義深い。(大学付属博物館一覧 : 2002年1月現在、を付表とした。), This report shows, in the first place, a short history of light railways in Shizuoka Prefecture, which contributed much to modern industrial developments and would be an exhibition-item of the planed museum. Secondly it handles the new entry-system of national cultural assets for the Industrial Heritage (structures of civil engineering ; a partial amendment of the Cultural Assets Protection Law, 1996) and university-museums in Japan(the status quo of January 2002).},
