 note = {P(論文), 静岡県がユニバーサルデザインを行政施策の中心の一つとすることを決めてから10年が経過し、浜松市もそれにならうように動き出してきているが、さまざまな努力にもかかわらず、なかなかそれが市民や民間レベルでの実態として地域に根付くまでには至っていない。本研究はそれを推進するための方策を検討するものとして位置づけ、現状評価と将来に向けての方針検討とを行った。とくに2010年は国際会議が浜松で開催されたことから、その機会を捉えて現時点までの進展の検証も行った。, Ten years have passed since Shizuoka Prefecture decided to adopt universal design as a key concept of the local community policy.Hamamatsu City also employed the concept as its policy. However, the progress seems slower than hoped. Present research aimedto grasp the current status, and tried to find proposals for actual implementation of the concept. In 2010, International Conference forUniversal design in Hamamatsu was held. To coincide with the occasion, an examination of recent progresses and future perspectiveswere examined as well.},
