The aim of this investigation is for reconsidering the tourist gaze theory. In the theory, it is thought that mediahave important role in the process of being regarded as tourist spot for a certain place. When getting to know especially an overseastourist spot, the influence of media is important. Recently, It can be said that private blogs are forming the alternative tourist gaze .
