 note = {P(論文), 大学教員は研究・教育その他さまざまな活動を行っており、その成果として多くの知的生産物が生み出されている。しかしながら、そうしたものは大学において生み出されたにも関わらず、個人の成果としてしか検索できない状況が続いた。それらを組織としての成果物として、大学が対外的に体系的に提供しようという試みがしばらく前から行われている。それが「学術機関リポジトリ」と呼ばれるものである。ここでは、本学においてその構築の仕組みを検討した結果を報告する。なお、本検討は、平成22 年度・23 年度の2 年間にわたり学長特別研究として行った。, University staff are producing vast amount of outputs through research, education and other related activities. However, suchoutcomes were difficult to have access through university channels. Rather we have relied on individual's names to retrieve such fruits. Arecent trend is to collect and store them as database of the own organizations, to be accessible from the outside. Such system is calledInstitutional Repository.
