Nine subjects' operations data are got by the excavation task of the small excavator. Two characteristics are found to analyze the different skill operators' data. Firstly, the angular velocity and the angular acceleration of the rotation start are different. The better the operators' skill is, the lower the angular acceleration is. But the faster the maximum its angular velocity is, the better his/her skill is. Secondly, better skilled operator tends to do the stable machine operation. Its operator's skill evaluation formula is considered by using these two characteristics.
