And we also examine how the group dynamics of the Hi-Red Center became universalized. \nIn this thesis, we examined third-party individuals who directly participated in the Hi-Red Center's performance art, grasping them chronologically. We also apply Howard S.Becker's\"Art Worlds\"model, which analyzes the interpersonal group dynamics of the Hi-Red Center. \nBased on this research, we separated the interpersonal group dynamics of the Hi-Red Center into three distinct periods below;\n 1. The period when the Hi-Red Center relied on art critics and intellectuals to support the direction they were taking.\n 2. The period when the group worked with the \"Sogetsu Art Center\", and mobilized audiences of the Arts, in order to realize their performance art.\n 3. The period when the group mobilized like-minded individuals from the \"Naiqua Gallery\", a center for the avant-garde art, in order to carry out their performance art pieces. \nWe also compare the collectivity of the Hi-Red Center with the \"the Bazaar model\" of modern software development. We found that the two shared many commonalities; in particular, they both rejected top down models of organization as a guiding principle.
