As a result, the number of Brazilian children attending Japanese public schools since the late 1990s has been increasing. Brazilian children have a different culture and a different language than their Japanese counterparts. The educational support system for Newcomer children has been developing for 20 years. Many people, including school teachers and volunteers, support Newcomer children. Very important supporter is also offered by \"Brazilian educational supporters\". A Brazilian educational supporter can be defined as a Brazilian who helps children in public schools with language, learning, and adaptation support. In this study involves interviews and research of 13 Brazilian educational supporters conducted field research in two public schools in Hamamatsu. The purpose of this paper is to focus on the relationships among Brazilian educational supporters, students, parents and teachers. The Brazilian educational supporter plays three important roles as: (1) supporter for learning; (2) mediator between two cultures; (3) translator of Japanese school culture. Brazilian educational supporters influence students, parents and teachers. Brazilian educational supporters are expected to be highly-skilled and highly-professional.
