{"created":"2023-06-19T08:49:49.824452+00:00","id":942,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"f5a6cc3a-3fad-470e-82da-a7450e0359e0"},"_deposit":{"created_by":15,"id":"942","owners":[15],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"942"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:suac.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000942","sets":["215:171:172"]},"author_link":["287","286"],"item_10006_date_11":{"attribute_name":"学位授与年月日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2013-03-31"}]},"item_10006_description_10":{"attribute_name":"学位授与年度","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"2012"}]},"item_10006_description_17":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"PDF"}]},"item_10006_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本論文は、アートNPOの組織ミッション広報の現状と望ましい支援の内容を調査し、それらの支援を実現するにあたっての課題と潜在的な可能性を明らかにすることを目的としている。この目的を達成するために、以下の3つのステップによる調査を行った。ステップ①他分野の広報支援策の事例を収集する、ステップ②アートNPOの組織ミッション広報の実態とどのような支援を欲しているのかを明らかにする、ステップ③支援ニーズを実現するうえでの課題を整理する、である。\nこれらの調査から、アートNPOが欲している支援を実現するためには、以下3つの条件が整うことが導かれた。それは、①支援組織同士の連携、②支援者組織の資源の確保、③アートNPOの積極性である。\n今回調査をした支援組織は、支援者同士の連携がほとんど見られなかった。これらの支援組織は、アートNPO（芸術文化を支える市民団体）を支援する事業を行っているという点において共通しているが、支援やそれに関する情報の共有を行っていない。つまり、支援組織は、単独でアートNPOに支援や情報提供を行っているのである。こうした状況は、支援組織同士の組織ミッション広報に対する認知の差を生み出すだけでなく、資源確保の妨げにもなっている。支援組織同士の連携が育まれれば、情報の共有が進む。また、資源不足によって単独での支援の主催が難しいという支援も、支援組織やアートNPOとの協働事業で実現される。\nしかし、このようして支援者サイドの条件だけが整うだけでは意味がない。アートNPO自身も支援を待つばかりでなく、自ら活動を実施し団体を継続させるために、積極的に活動を行う必要がある。\n以上の3つの条件が整うことで、アートNPOが欲している組織ミッション広報の支援は実現に近づき、アートNPOの発展に寄与することになると結論づけることができる。"}]},"item_10006_description_8":{"attribute_name":"取得学位","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"修士(文化政策)"}]},"item_10006_description_9":{"attribute_name":"学位授与大学","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"静岡文化芸術大学"}]},"item_10006_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"Author","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"FUKUSHIMA, Kumi"}]}]},"item_10006_textarea_22":{"attribute_name":"Abstract","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_textarea_value":"The purposes of this paper are to clarify the conditions of support for public relations of the organization’s missions in arts NPO, to identify desirable support forms, to discover problems, and to propose methods of realizing support. The following three endeavors were carried out to achieve these goals: 1) collecting examples of support for public relations in fields other than that of arts NPO, 2) investigating the current public relations conditions of the organization’s missions in arts NPO and desirable support forms for arts NPO, and 3) examining problems in order to realize the support forms necessary to meets the needs of arts NPO. These investigations revealed that three conditions were necessary to realize the desirable support for arts NPO: 1) the cooperation of support organizations, 2) the securing of resources from support organizations, and 3) the proactiveness of arts NPO in the activities. When support organizations cooperate with each other, they can share information and secure the resources necessary for projects. It is also necessary for arts NPO to act proactively rather then waiting for support from other organizations.
