| 内容記述 | 静岡文化芸術大学（以下、本学と略記）は、開学以来、主に地震に重きを置いた防災対策に取り組み、東日本大震災以降は内容を拡充して継続している。この防災対策のうち、2018年に作成した教職員用の防災マニュアルは「いざという時、しっかりと役に立つこと」を目標とし、WEBでの公開も含めた情報共有の強化、災害発生時の閲覧のしやすさへの配慮、学内の防災訓練との一体的な運用等の特徴をもつものとなっている。 本稿は、本学及び同様の境遇をもった他大学の防災対策の発展の一助となることを目的として、本学の防災対策を実務的な観点から整理して報告するものである。加えて、防災対策の現状を踏まえ、今後の本学の防災対策の課題として「防災の取り組み体制の全学化」と「他大学との広域的な連携」の2点を提示する。 |

| 内容記述 | At Shizuoka University of Art and Culture (hereinafter called SUAC),we have taken disaster prevention measures since its founding. We regard earthquake countermeasures as the most important. We increased countermeasures after the Great East Japan Earthquake. In particular, We made a disaster prevention manual for faculty and staff members in FY 2018 with the concept to provide clear guidance when in emergency. This manual strengthens information sharing via disclosures on the web, consideration for ease of viewing in an emergency and linking with disaster prevention practices. In this paper, I will report about disaster prevention measures at SUAC from a practical point of view to contribute to SUAC and similar universities. In addition, based on the current situation, I will indicate two tasks of future disaster prevention measures of SUAC overall measures and wide area cooperation with other universities. |
