本報告は2023年に静岡県浜松市天竜区佐久間町にて実施された、地域の駅舎にアートウォールを制作設置する〈佐久間アートプロジェクト〉というアート教育を通じた地域創生活動に関する報告である。そのプロジェクト発足から制作迄の一連の経緯を概観すると共に、プロジェクトに携わった地域児童、産業関係者、行政関係者、教育関係者に発生した効果をアンケート調査にて確認するものである。調査の結果、間接的関与は地域への関心と地域参画への意識醸成に与える効果がある事が示唆され、また、地域創生活動は地域児童にとっても地域を再発見し、愛着を深める効果がある事が示唆された。 |

This is a report on the Sakuma Art Project, a community development activity through art education that took place in Sakuma-cho, Tenryu-ku, Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, in 2023 to create and install an art wall in a local station building. A questionnaire survey was conducted to outline the sequence of events from the project's inception to its production, as well as to confirm the effects of the project on the local children, industry, government, and education personnel involved in the project. The results of the survey suggest that indirect involvement has an effect on fostering interest in the community and awareness of community participation, and that community creation activities have an effect on local children rediscovering their community and deepening their attachment to it. |
