今年度はじめてweb実施へと移行した授業評価アンケートについての報告である。(1) 新アンケート実施に向けた準備と手続きを説明し、(2)web実施後に教員から得られた意見を報告した。そして(3)web実施による授業アンケート結果を、マークシートで実施した2017年度の結果と比較した。
web実施の長所としては迅速性とアクセスのしやすさが、短所としては回答率の低さと回答ミスの多さが挙げられた。そのうえで回答率と信頼性を高めるには、教員と学生が授業アンケートを授業改善に有効な方法であると理解する必要があることが指摘された。さらに、授業アンケート実施のタイミングや、学業成績との関係の分析、web実施に対する学生の意見収集など今後のFD活動に向けた提案がなされた。 |

This paper reports on the transition to a web-based system of university student course surveys. Included in this report are a summary of the preparations and procedures involved in making the transition, comments from teachers on how they felt about the new system compared to the paper-based system used in the past, and a comparison of survey results between this and last year. Research indicated that the timeliness and ease with which survey results could be collected and accessed were definite advantages of the new web-based system, but a decrease in the number of student responses as well as increase in the number of mistakes made answering the survey are hurdles that remain to be overcome. Upon reflection, in order to obtain more reliable answers from the web-based survey, both students and teachers need to feel that survey responses will yield fruitful insight into improving the content and methodology of courses. In addition, further research needs to be conducted in order to better understand factors such as when the survey should be given, the relationship between survey answers and academic achievement, and student opinions regarding the online survey interface. |
